I am reaching out regarding a charge of £19.99 on my account for what appears to be a fight on 12/10/2024. I am certain that I neither purchased nor watched this event.I would appreciate it if a customer advisor could investigate this matter and rectify the charge for me, as I am not prepared to pay for something I did not watch.

You will need to call if you dispute the charge.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

I'm not sure I understand your post, but we're a customer Community and you would need to speak directly to Sky on this. They won't know who you are here.
