i have added TV and broadband to my sky account which i have had for many years and my VIP status was Platinum, since changing the status has been reduced to silver? Why is this ?

I used to have Tv and broadband with mobiles. Then just mobiles and again Tv and broadband with mobiles.

And when did you cancel this because if it was over 18 months or so then you will be a new customer when you returned so your former account will be closed hence the issue you are having.

I cancelled Tv and broadband 3 yrs ago and went to virgin as sky fibre broadband failed on install and could t be fixed for 2 weeks. I work from home so not ideal and virgin installed in 48 hrs.

Same thing happened to me but after moving home.
BAsically i moved with sky to stay with the same provider and they put my tenure to 0 xD what a joke

was chatting to an agent on the broadband team that said she was going to connect me to someone in the home team. After that the chat automatically disconnected me (not accidentally, happened twice).
