Hi there would it be possible to speak with someone about amending my package. My husband has left and I have a change in financial circumstances and need to amend my current package to be able to keep sky.

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

Go ahead and call... But if you are subject to a minimum term then you may not be able to reduce it.

To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount.
