you are still charging me for tnt sports which i cancelled on nov 18th 2024

I cancelled TNT sports on nov 18th but you are still charging me for it.

How did you cancel? Did you receive confirmation of the cancellation?

@PJD55 your only addressing fellow customers here not sky support 

 

it would appear that the cancellation wasn't fully initiated 

 

so you would need to call sky and start the cancellation process again I'm afraid 

 

note all cancellations are confirmed by email and live chat transcripts alone are not sufficient proof of cancellation

if your agent did not cancel my TNT subscription as she told me she had then that is not my fault. there was no mention of me having to check that she had done her job properly by checking my email. If you do not sort this out and refund the money based on the cancellation that I was told was complete then I will cancel my sky subscription immediately - what is the quickest way to cancel my subscriuption today ?

If you are in a minimum term contract Sky won't allow that as per the T&Cs.

 

The best thing to do is to give Sky a call tomorrow:

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
