I've now got 3 account numbers - can anyone beat that?

I don't wish to boast but I have now got 3 Sky account numbers linked to me and my address.

I can't get into My Sky, I got locked out of my account, I can only see 2 of my account numberss on the web site (but not the one on my direct debit reference) - its a complete mess.  I've just spent 40 unsucessful minutes on the phone to Sky.  They have escalated internally.  I'm not holding my breath on a solution given I've had 2 account numbers for nearly 2 years which has caused me lots of problems.

Can anyone beat 3 account numbers?

I did leave and come back which is how I ended up with 2 account numbers.

I have no idea how I've ended up with 3!

Anyone else got 3 because the Sky support person hadn't come across it before?

All you should need to do is to make sure the email address used with these accounts is different and that your latest account has the email address on it that you want to use. So for the other login to each one in turn and remove the email address by replacing it with something else:

I tried different email addresses while on the phone with Sky support - it still didn't work.

Sky support think having had a NowTV account may also have added to the confusion in the Sky system.

That probably isn't helping either. If they have escalated this for you all you can do is every so often call for an update to see if they have sorted it.

Thank you for your suggestions.

With Sky support I created a new ID with a different email but it links to the wrong account number even if I specifiy the correct one.
