Sky payment due even after leaving and paying outstanding bill

Hi, I left Sky in November, Sent all the equipment back and still getting asked for outstanding payment of £54 including £10 late payment fee ,paid £104.49 on 3rd Dec .i checked my sky account at the time and no payment needed so why am I being billed again when I left in November to another provider ?

Yes, i did , because they also said sorry to see you go and if you need to get in contact if you change your mind

What does the bill say it is for, another months subscription or a non return fee ?

Just checked my sky app and it  says it's for Sky Signature,HD,see it first i have returned all equipment when sky sent me the return box and acknowledged it. My emails  I had at the time i deleted as I thought i would never need them

You are going to have to call them about this as Sky Signature is the basic package so appears not to have been cancelled along with the HD package.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
