New customer at Sky

Waiting for Sky broadband set up scheduled for 24/4/25 as a new Sky customer transferring from Virgin Media . Have just had email from VM  saying I have agreed a new contract with them , which I haven't!  Can you confirm Sky has contacted VM regarding the account switch

Afraid that cannot be done here as this is a customer to customer type community.

You will need to call Sky to resolve this.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:

Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. A some of the quieter times to ring are early morning or late evening.

@She59  As fellow customers only we can't give you that information you would need to call sky and ask them directly
