Blue Light Discount

Hi, I've recently got a code with my Blue Light card saying I can get 20% off a new data plan (this is for new and existing customers) however sky have said I can swap my phone for a new one. Can I use the discount code in this area and if so how? It's really loosely explained.

thanks!

@McSciviy  If you're an existing sky mobile customer then the answer is no as blue light discounts can only be applied to new accounts at signup

Re: Blue Light Discount

Ahh that's a bit rubbish when it says "exsisting customers" in the description too!

@McSciviy  in that case unless anyone else on the forum knows any different you need to ask either blue light or sky on how to do so

@Adamblenkinsop

You'd have been better posting on the Stream or Accounts board rather than here.

If I remember correctly you have to apply blue light discount when you sign up and can't do it retrospectively.
