How Long till I get Confirmation of Received email by Sky of Previous Bill from old Broadband.

Iv Just Moved to Sky Broadband & Have Sent email with Confirmation of Final Bill & Payment of bill from Previous Internet Provider.

As Agreed under the Switch Guarantee I Shoulde have the Amount of this Bill Credited to My Sky Account.

How Long before i recieve Confirmation of the email Iv Sent to switchingcredit@sky.uk with the Details Required ?

Providing you provided all the details required, you should see a credit within 14 days.

@Dougie12  you don't get that information, if you don't receive the credit within 14 days you'll need to contact sky again

It says here:

Successful claims are usually processed within 14 days of it being made. We’ll send you an email to confirm, then the credit will be applied to your Sky account.

So I would say the 14 days is when you should  be sent the confirmtion email,
