Well... it does not work for me.  Flag is changed and it jist not appearing and its amazing it so difficult to get one number to speak to customer service instead of just having officially on website when people wish to call. Actually shockong. Its been 20 mins and i got absolutely zero help, here all the way read instructions. I dont wont to read them i want number which i cannot

get.

Small suggestion!!!  Wehen You directing people tell them change flag to UK and them go back and change

flag again to IRELAND, works magic!  Only 45 mins later...

That could be the annual price increase, which you should have received a letter or email about, but also the ending of a discounted deal if that applies as well. Compare your bill to a previous one.

Likely to be the result of the annual price increase in April, and possibly a discount expiring.

My bill was 116 last bill the next is 127 pound then the April bill said 152 pound that right ?

Probably. We're customers here without sight of your bills and your account, so we don't know your account details etc

As above that is likely due to the annual price rise and because around the same time the discount you appear to have forgotten about that is on your account us expiring so time now to call Sky to see if they will offer you a new discount and if they do it will come with a new 24 month contract and you will also need to make up your mind at the time it was offered.
