Is it just me that thinks how can Sky justify a price increase this year. There are very rarely any new series now coming to Sky, they have lost Eurosport which if you now want to watch you have to pay a minimum of £29 which is beyond a joke. I personally think that they are just taking peoples eyes out and we are always the losers. All I would want would be a fair deal for a fair price and I don't think that is what Sky are offering at the moment. I would be interested to here anybody else's opinion on this.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe decision to close Eurosport was taken by the channel owners (Warner Brothers Discovery) and was publicly announced at the end of January 2025 and was widely reported by national media Here , the decision applies to all uk/roi tv platforms and not just sky
it would be the responsibility of WBD to communicate the changes to customers not sky
an extensive thread discussing the closure was created on the 28th January which can be found Here
Any grievance is best directed at WBD
