I have new connection of to and broad band the package is for 22 pound monthly it's first bill asked me to pay 44 pound

If you’re a new customer your first couple of bills are usually higher, basically due to the dates they cover (more than the usual number of days). In effect you’ll be charged from the date of the activation up until the end of that billed month, and for the next month in advance.
