I called on the 18th feb to cancel my sky cinema and was told I couldnt cancel until the 28th which is not true I wanted to give notice so i was not charged again for it as I cannot afford it and when the offer ended I wanted it to be finshed. I want it canceled ,please can this be investigated, I would like a refund for the money taken. On my bills, its says period covered 17th march - 16th april which includes the sky cicnema, the reason I calle don the 18th feb was to cancel this and make sure this didnt happen and was told I could not do this which to my understadning now isnt correct.
