Payment taken early?

Hello,

I had a balance that was being carried over to next month's bill, which was stated by sky themselves on the app.. however, they have taken the money very early( a few hours ago)

Is this normal for them to say it'd be carried over to the next bill(February 2025) only for them to take the money early without them notifying you?

@Ben909

No. Normally failure to pay your bill in full results in your services being restricted until such time as it's paid.

As you owe the money Sky will take it if the funds are available.

What does your bill now show after this payment was taken, does it show this and if so what does next months bill now show ?

There are occasions when if a bill wasn't paid then it is carried over but more often than not services are restricted.

In the same circumstances? That is, your bill wasn't paid in full last month, and the balance was carried over?
