@eiamjw timeframe is irrelevant here as you will be connected to the first available agent when you reach the front of the queue
the agent will then sort you out , as a side note cancellations are confirmed by email so make sure you receive this, it should arrive instantly or a couple of hours after the call without it you need to assume the cancellation hasn't gone through
just stay on the line for as long as possible ignoring the automatic voice and you will be put in the queue
