How to claim the penalty charge for ending my contract with previous provider

I joined Sky on 29 April 2024

I have ended my contract with my previous provider early and because of that, I have been charged.£1776.93 extra (charge for ending my contract early).
I was offered up to £200 payment by Sky for this kind of charge.
I need to send my final bill to Sky to claim this cost, but I don't know where.

Could you please guide me on where to send my final bill?

You must provide a copy of the bill from your previous supploer where you have been charged and a copy of a statment showing that you have paid it and send these to Sky via this email address - switching credit @sky.uk (all one word without the gap)
