Final bill

Trying to get a final bill from sky showing early termination charges to give to my new supplier.

You would have to call Sky.  There's a charge for paper bills.

Hi,

 

Can I ask how long does it take to get issued with your final bill?

 

We switched from Sky Broadband on the 16th, and the only thing we have received is an e-mail from Sky when we signed up to our new provider.

Bills continue to be generated as normal, two weeks before your payment date, right up to the date your services actually end. If you normally pay at the end of the month, it's likely therefore that you'll get a bill for a period after your switch was completed, but Sky will refund any overpayment from the end date.

Thanks for the quick reply.

 

Our payment day is the 11th, so does that mean we need to wait another week for the final bill to be issued?

 

What about returning the hub, the e-mail said they who send us something to return it or we would be charged, nothing received.

You should be able to see what will be your final bill on the future bills section so you should see a credit on it.

If they want the hub back they should send you some packaging to use or if you are able to to you can print your own return label so you can use your own packaging as this link should help you to do this:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
