Refund credit

My plan was cancelled by you after being approved and paying the £24 deposit and to date I have not received my money back and this has been more than 30 days

You are talking to other customers only on here but what we can say is the £24 should be refunded within 2-3 weeks so should it not have happened after that timescale then you will need to call Sky to chase it up.
