Cancelling contract on 3rd party hearsay

I made a choice mistake by getting SKY Streaming TV. Cancelled it and replaced by Q. SKY engineer installed it. I went away on holiday. SKy cancelled Broadband and ask for return of Q eqpt. Paid extra to cover more than two months of subscription. Still nobody at SKY reads feedback. Cannot be back in UK till 5th but there are other users back at home without Internet. HELP

If bills aren't paid services will be restricted, and if a bill is overdue by more than 56 days Sky reserve the right to cancel the service completely. You mention that you paid over 2 months to try and keep the service on, if this means you were 2 months overdue on your bill then it looks like Sky have applied the 56 day rule and terminated your service.
