First bill
I need to upgrade phones for myself, husband and two kids, can anyone help me with when the best time to order would be to avoid a really high first bill? I pay on the 1st of the month and bill cycle is 26th to 25th. Thanks!

Re: First bill
It doesn't really matter when you do this as you first available bill after the upgrade is going to see the charges for all 4 on at the same time as you will be being billed for the devices you are upgrading and your new ones so this is unavoidable.

Re: First bill
Thanks, so if you upgrade part way through the month you don't get charged for full month plus the part of the month?

Re: First bill
You will be charged but how it works depends on your billing date so it could be back dated to the date you received your new phones.
