Duplicated admin fees

I today renewed my Sky tv and broadband contract and agreed to it all including £10 broadband admin fee and another £10 fee. 

 

My account has now updated however. My bill for February is now showing £60 worth of charges, the £10 borsdband admin fee and 5x £10 fees. 

the automated bot can only discuss my next due bill which is January's bill, the live chat won't allow me to connect and the two people I've spoken to at support state they can't hear me despite phone working fine, hence resorting to posting here as my (hopefully) final stop.

When you call which you will need to do, try saying nothing if asked anything by the bot as hopefully you call will be directed to a call handler.

I did make it through to a call handler twice, unfortunately both times they've stated they can't hear me, called me back and still couldn't hear, tried on two different mobiles. 

seems I only ever have or see success when it's directed through this forum!

@DSkyUser  how many discounts do you have as it's normally one admin fee per discount

so at the 5th attempt I've finally made it through to someone that can hear me and had the issue sorted, always dread the end of contract!

Just the one, I've finally gotten through to someone who has reviewed and sorted the problem. 

as I was going through the renewal they were chopping and changing things, perhaps they were inadvertently adding a fee each time.
