Home move - not the primary account holder message error

Hello, I am trying to book a home move but keep getting the message that I need to be the primary account holder to do so. I am the primary and only account holder. Is there a way to rectify this or is there an error on the system?

@RussPhillips  You need to call to book a home move, it can't be done online
