Sky in contract discounts ending

I have had in contract discounts for my TV and Broadband for 18 months and now they are about to end. I recieved a email a month ago with a Broadband offer but I haven't received a TV offer?

 

Is there anything I can do to try and keep my Sky Signature, Sky Sports, and HD discounts in some way?

If your discounts have ended the best new discounts are normally acquired by calling Sky and negotiating or potentially amending your package which will now require a 24 month minimum term contract. Remember Sky are not obliged to offer you another discount, and recent posts on here indicate that significant discounts are now harder to come by. If you’re offered something acceptable be prepared to agree to it there and then because if you decide to think about it the offer may no longer be available when you call back.

I saw in another thread that you need to make sure you get put through to a UK advisor in order to get better deals/discount. I rang a few weeks ago and spoke to a non UK advisor who was not of much use to be honest. They just said to check the website for the best deals but that was not what I was after. I wanted to see if they could do something about my in contract discount.

 

Would chat be better? Or with calling is it pot luck if you're put through to a UK or non UK advisor?
