Netflix account not linked

Hi,

 

It appears that the linking of ny Netflix account hasn't worked because I'm still being charged separately by Netflix after 7 months of Sky Ultimate. Please let me know how I solve this and get a refund.

Sounds like you have not correctly activated your Netflix on Sky.

 

Follow the activating procedure as detailed in this Sky article.

This will then move your current Netflix billed plan to a plan for Netflix billed by Sky.

There will be no automatic back dating, so once activated you will need to call Sky for any help gesture around your previous Sky Ultimate charges.
