See this link re auto compensation for when there is a total loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/auto-compensation

It's applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired. It will come in the form of a credit appearing on your account.

Re: Compensation not received

Thanks for the reply.I had a complete outage for 7 days but it's been more than 30 days since it was fixed. I'm past the time scale of when it's due but not received it yet

You will need to call Sky yourself to ask them about this seeing as it hasn't be applued to your account. 150 is the free number to use from a Sky Talk or Sky Mobile phone.

@1daveb1

Just a thought, did you report your outage personally to Sky? If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full working days from when you first report the fault to Sky, you will become eligible for it.

Re: Compensation not received

I reported it the first day it went out and kept reporting it every day after that. Even Sky themselves have said I'm entitled to compensation when I had the outage but they're not paying what they owe me

@1daveb1

Then if it hasn't yet been applied to your account as a credit you'll need to call Sky as advised above.
