My bill isn't correct i was told in may as a good will gesture you would credit my acccount with £42.91 however it says i have that amount outstanding on my last bill and now its been added onto this months bill. so my total for 2 months is £142 im not paying that ill cancel the d/d first. it was showing as £98.
can someone explain this to me asap

Give them the date and time you spoke to them in May so they can listen to what was said to you if they need to.
