End of contract

I currently watch sky tv through my sky glass and my sky ultimate tv contract has now ended so I am now on a one month rolling contract paying full price without any in contract discounts. The problem I am having is when I go onto MySky to renew my contract it asks me view my contract and renew but when I click on the tab nothing is showing except a message cannot renew at this time.

Does this mean I am now on a permanent monthly rolling contract because I am watching through sky glass and not sky Q anymore, because if I had known this I wouldn't have signed up for sky glass and stayed with sky Q , any help would be appreciated.

No, you'll have to contact Sky via phone/chat to negotiate a new minimum term which is currently 24 months long.

 

You can go back to Q but Sky won't be very keen on that...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
