Trying to cance for l three months

Ive cancelled by subscription to sky in December 24 , i had my last bill at the end of that month giving to 28day notice. I was told they will send a parcel to return my sky box etc. january another bill came, no parcels to return them again, told again an apolggy and that january would be the last one, and theyll send the parcel again.  Feb comes, again billed over £202 for, SKY TV! broadband and landline !! Om actual G!!! Argggh! Tang them up today,was told to ring theor customer servoce 0330 number, got through [removed] customer service agent, who told me she cant do nothing to help until i paid the bill!! Which i said im not paying the full bill, im not paying for sky tv as ive asked for three months to have it remived, cancelled, oh suddenly she cant find any of my requests to cancel, !they have no record of me calling before today! , although a moment before this , i was speaking to the original custoner service person who had brought up every detail, from december to now and all the calls i had made! What a bunch of conmen. Im absolutetlt fuming. I could say enough to this woman, but she kepts saying the same thing back to me over and over, what a **bleep**!  Ive been with sky for over 30 years, a platinum customer they call us ! Wow they treat platinum customers more like [removed] on their shoe.

Whatever the rights and wrongs, it's unfortunately true that Sky won't talk to you and won't accept cancellation instructions from you, while they believe you owe money to them.

Whatever the rights and wrongs, it's unfortunately true that Sky won't talk to you and won't accept cancellation instructions from you, while they believe you owe money to them.

  • I only got the bill today, so dint actually owe it yet, thats what got me as well, but its shows the sky tv package still there on the bill again
