Cancelled sky movies and ad skipping and UHD on the 6th January and I am still paying for them

If you gave Sky the 31 days notice to cancel these then you will have to contact them again to find out why it appears they were not cancelled.

Did you receive email confirmation of the cancellation?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
