Returning equipment

Received a text message asking to return equipment. I have gone to sky from another provider. So have no equipment to return. Any ideas on what to do as dont want to  be charged

As you have posted in the Sky Q forum were you a Sky Q customer because if so it is this and anything else like a Sky mini that has to be returned as these belong to Sky as they were only loaned to you.

 

Sky usually sends packaging out near the end of the cancellation notice period of 31 days for TV or 14 days for Broadband/Talk so if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

Hi, i was with talk talk and have gone back to sky for my broadband. They sent s text today asking me  to return equipment bit dont have amything to return

What about your Talk talk router @Marief71 .    Assume this was them that requested return.

You've posted in Q forum... If you came from another supplier then Sky provided Q boxes?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You haven't said what services yopu had from Sky, if it was Sky Q then did you return the equipment ?
