There are increases every April. (Negotiating in Feb/Mar has this risk)
...but when you receive your official increase mail it should explain that you can leave without penalty if you take prompt action.
Bear in mind most other providers also increase in April...
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
