Morning,
Am ringing Sky either later today or tomorrow,to fall feet first into another 18 month'er.
Or perhaps I'll be joining the alamo,by not being able to a££ord what they offer,and just LEAVE!
But I'd like to able to NOT talk to an offshore call center,because of my slight hearing impedement.
"Which is the best time to call,to try and avoid the above situation from happening?"

As you have a hearing issue have you registered with Skys accessibility service as there are extra contact options for you that do not involve calling:

@caesarome already am.
Its just couple both the hearing loss and any language barrier suffered,it becomes very difficult.

Are you already signed up with the Accessibility Team? Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team

No,not yet.
As its not deemed a disability,yet.
It's just that I, struggle with the language barrier and with my hearing not the best,I'd prefer to talk to a UK based agent

Alas I've ran out of time today,but with it being good friday tomorrow,will the sky call centres still be open,or shall I wait until Saturday?
