Hi Lisa,
Apologies for checking for clarity, however, is it correct that the first department you speak to when calling Sky is the Retention Dept? I just called & although I didn't quite understand the gentleman entirely during the conversation, he said he was part of the Retention team. Normally, you have to be transferred to that team after speaking to someone else first.
