Are there separate departments for retention and loyalty

Hi Lisa,

 

Apologies for checking for clarity, however, is it correct that the first department you speak to when calling Sky is the Retention Dept? I just called & although I didn't quite understand the gentleman entirely during the conversation, he said he was part of the Retention team. Normally, you have to be transferred to that team after speaking to someone else first.

Yes, it just depends on what you tell the automated voice response at the start of the call. It will try direct you to the relevent team.
