My ‘Previous’ 3 months’ mobile bills will not open. I have updated the App
I can open the next estimated bill and much earlier ones. I just want the bill one month before my latest bill.

I'm afraid not. Might be something to do with me adding a family member to my mobile account mid billing. Now called 'My Mix'. Maybe I'll be able to open after the next bill is issued.
