I spoke with a sky customer person on 27 December about my account small balance would be carried over to February as I charged payment date well surprise surprise put tv on today and I have had my viewing restricted tried to contact them spoke with a female who did not have a clue been with sky for 15 years plus but getting no where with them any suggestions please

Whoever you spoke to should not have told you that albevause as you have found if a bill had t bern paid then services are restricted this is because it is an automated system.
