Sky puck new system

Don't rush into getting this new system a few ini5al issues include

5 key depressions before you get to TV guide

lots of stations missing 

loads re numbered 

watching a programme and it closes and you go back to Home Screen 

recording a programme is difficult it seems to want to find a whole series for you and when you go to finish watching the programme you are halfway through you can5 find it ..why not keep to simple r3cord button 

I could go on for an hour but enough w3 are going back to the other system miles better

@Chriss360  In case you fully aware you're telling other customers who by & large already have Glass/Stream.  It seems customers only wander into the forum after they have got glass and discovered the down side, very rarely do they come to the forum before getting Glass.

@Chriss360 sounds like you didn't do any homework before you went for the streaming service.

You cannot have a RECORD button when the device does not have anywhere to record !

Time to move with the times I'm afraid ...yeah it has issues but it's still relatively new ..definitely here to stay ..q will be obsolete..snd why do you need record when everything is there ? 5 pound extra yo dmfast forward and still cheaper than q
