Changed my mind about a cancellation of the whole home

Hi completed actions online to cancel the "whole home" part of my package but have changed my mind. How do I cancel the cancellation/re-instate this.

I have called again & spoken to one of those lovely humans at Sky & they have stopped the cancellation & re-instated the same deal I had which is perfect.

@999Natalie  You may need to wait for the cancellation to complete before re-adding Whole Home on the account, or give Sky a call.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Have you had a look in MySky app or Mysky online?

 

Scroll down from the Home tab> Your Products>Manage home set up

 

You may be able to reinstate it there.

Thank you - yes had a look at that but there doesn't seem to be an option to reverse the cancellation. I literally just need to speak with someone and say I've changed my mind

Just got the auto bot & couldn't get past that as it didn't understand what I wanted to do
