Hello. My Sky Sports channel keeps buffering and freezing. The internet connection is around 17 M per second. It is the only channel that has this problem.

Your internet connection is below the recommended speed for Stream, 25mbps for HD and 35mbps for UHD, so you will have issues. My recommendation is to connect the Stream box to the router using an ethernet cable and switching the wi-fi off.

Thank you very much. I already have the device connected to the hub with an Ethernet cable. I will see if I can upgrade to a better speed if possible. Thanks again.
