Playlist & sports schedules
I set an NFL match to record last night, but when I came to view it, it had recorded only the overrun of the previous programme slot and not the main item I wanted to record. Is this a bug, if so when will it be fixed pleased? I am immensely disappointed with the way the playlist works. It is a step back in functionality and unreliable. Yesterday I also added a Film 4 item to the playlist, watched it half way through but then found when I stepped out of it for a moment, that I could not return to what I had been watching. The item was in the playlist but all I could was remove it. This is really unhelpful in terms of understanding how that interface works. So poor. And it seems that not only is this a downgrade in functionality from what was previously available on Sky, but also the breadth of programming is curtailed too.
