Keep an eye out for an invite or blue chat bubble.
When the blue bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed.
Be reassured the email & message is from Sky and your details are safe and secure.
If you are using Safari please make sure that Hide IP Address is not checked in order to see the blue bubble. If you are having trouble finding this to check the settings, use another browser such as Firefox, Chrome etc.
I would also recommend that if not already on, that you turn email/private message notifications on to avoid missing any alerts

No, I said Sky contacted you via your account on here which is @Nic- .
It was sent to you on the 18th but closed on the 20th as you failed to respond to it which is why I have asked you if you want Sky to contact you again so is that a yes or no ?

Oh my goodness I really do not feel like you are wanting to help me ... I am dorry if I am misunderstanding and appreciate it nay be frustrating for you.
I need to see my sky mobile billing details can you please advise how best I can achieve that. Oreferably a telephone number to speak to someone
