Hi there,
I was was wondering if anyone could help me regarding an order I placed yesterday please?
I placed an order yesterday, 20/01/25, and paid upfront for an Apple AirTag. Upon checking tracking and updates I was presented with these messages. I have inserted screenshots below.
I am a bit stumped as to what the 'completed' means as I have not received any tracking from a courier so not sure if it is even out for delivery yet. Does this mean that they have processed my order and it will be with me in the next few days?
Many thanks.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI wotld say that completed means that it has left Sky and should be with the courier DPD soon if they haven't got it already and when they have they should email or text you with a one hour delivery window so if you haven't had this then a delivery of today is unlikely,

I have the same issue (same item, order date, and delivery date) and have heard nothing from Sky since Monday when they emailed a few hours after I placed the order to say that it was on its way. For their many faults DPD is usually pretty good with updates so I'm assuming that our orders are packed and addressed and sitting in limbo between Sky and DPD. If nothing happens over the next few days I'll get onto Sky's case and let you know if I come up with anything useful.

Scratch all that - just found mine in my post box. Came this morning via Royal Mail rather than DPD, which I guess makes sense.

Update:
Just spoke to a customer service representative on the phone, he looked into it and said DPD have marked it as delivered to my address! I checked through our CCTV, no one from DPD has been to my address on said delivery date or any neighbouring address. They've opened a case and should be issued a refund within 3-5 working days.

Uggghhhhh. I swear my grumpy 11-year-old niece could organise a national delivery company better than some of these morons. Hope your refund is more of a success than your delivery!
