I have just received my new SIM card and am following instructions on Sky website but when I put in my mobile number, it comes up as an error. I left it overnight and tried again this morning but still the same message comes up.
Is there a contact number I can call and speak to someone in Sky? Trying to get a contact number on the website is like finding a needle in a haystack!

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.
