Moving abroad
I am going to New Zealand on the 10th of Feb. I don't know how long I will be there or if I will be coming back. Therefore what do I do about my direct debit

Hi @LilyH1 if you have had your sim more than 12 months then you can phone sky on 150 and cancel it then they will no longer charge for it. If you have a phone on contract then then you must continue to pay otherwise it will be referred to a debt collection agency and you could have credit issues when you return.
