moving direct debit

can i change my direct debit back to what it was because the bill is more higher

The DD is variable based on your bills.

 

If you bills have increased then your DD automatically does so.

 

If discounts have recently expired then your bills increase.

 

You need to call Sky to negotiate a new 2 year term or find a new provider.

@Anthony1980.  You can view your bills online using the link below, your direct debit will be whatever the total bill total is

If you moved your payment date @Anthony1980.  then that normally covers extra days/weeks as you pay for the full month plus the extra days. After this month being higher then next month should go back to what you normally pay.
