I am trying to get a new phone contract but midway i get message that I have maxed out 5 devices which is available.Is there any way i can remove my old devices so that i can add new one? Assistance will be appreciated.

Phones are only removed when returned to Sky.

Thanks for the reply, i will call them.
....We keep the phone after the contract ends ..why do we have to send them back if we are not swapping.

You don't have to send them back as they are yours to keep if you want. Devices that have been paid off do not count as an activae device so should cause you any issues usually but as you are seeing that message is why you will need to call.
