Hi, I'm out of contract and thinking of tying into a new sim only plan. Does anyone know if I would lose my current data piggy bank please? TIA

A new dataplan will have a new phone number.
You cannot use a PAC to transfer within a network.
If you want to keep the number then you can either call Sky and see if they'll apply an offer to your current plan or there's a protracted workaround requiring a transfer out of the network and back in again.

Re: new sim plan keep original data piggy bank?
Hi @Justme13 as long as the account remains active and any new sims are added to that account then the piggybank remains available.

Re: new sim plan keep original data piggy bank?
As long as you don't cancel your Sky mibile account then your piggybank data is safe. If you take out a new sim then you would be paying for this new one as well as the one you already have.

Re: new sim plan keep original data piggy bank?
Thanks for your help. No way I want to be paying for two sims. Ah well, no such thing as a good deal for an existing customer ha ha.
