I have just jumped ship from o2. On my iphone 15 pro max I had 5 G - but now with Sky i don't. On my phone it says it is enabled. Why is it missing?

Have you activated the 5G add on (further down the page here):

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-5g
