You have done everything you need to do as I should imagine that further credit checks are now taking place so if you do not receive an "your order has been cancelled" email then it is just a case of waiting until the device is dispatched.

iPhone 17 pro max

I was wondering if I can get the iPhone 17 pro max with a plastic SIM card instead of the eSIM or is it eSIM only, it's giving me both options but I don't want to go through get the phone and realise I have to have the eSIM as I did this with an iPad recently and yeah can anyone help at all?

Hi @TeaD  the UK version will have a physical SIM card slot.

New contract

I've placed a order online and had a order confirmation email but when I go to track it keeps saying get intouch for a update anyone know why I can't just track it takes ages to get through to customer services

You can either contact Sky or as it is a pre-order perhaps leave it for 24 hours to see if it then updates beyond that message.

Cancelled order

Ordered the new iPhone 17 pro today, all went through ok, so surprised to receive an email confirming my cancellation. Not due to credit check I'm told. I'm guessing they sold more than they had so mine got cancelled. The cancellation email came several hours after the order leaving me unable to find an alternative supplier. Strangely my account still shows the order as complete. Maybe time to take my business elsewhere.

What did the email say?? Did you get any email saying thank you we got your order before cancellation email came.

Email at 13.38 said thank you for your order, email at 15.52 confirming my cancellation ( not requested by me)
