Higher Bill than expected

Good Morning,

 

I would like to query why my bill is higher than anticipated!? We have gone from £7.50 A month plan, this has just increased to £9.50?

Next, we have just bought new devices at - £25 PCM, We thought that this would include the data plan so should be paying £50 PCM, But isn't.

 

Why the increase? What have I missed?

 

If you could call or explain how we can rectify the situation, would be a great help.

Your bills will itemise all charges - have you looked?  (Check future bills, check current bills for any periods longer than 1 month)

Hi @Jigsy46  as mentioned by @PandJ2020  the phones and plans are separate so the £50 for the phones will be correct. At a guess with regards your plan change that usually means a discount has finished. Look at your bills to see what they say. If still not clear then you need to call sky on 150.
