I place order yesterday and I supposed to receive it today but still no movement about my order

Hi @Kalilu  there are lots of delays with all iPhone 17 models so keep an eye on your order status for updates.

But when I ordered it said next day delivery as it was on stock. So by the right is should me delivered today

I don't think those delivery estimates can be relied on so what does it say here for you:

Just over 12 weeks since i placed my order and still waiting, no communication no updates, nothing, tried calling just get told its stuck and that i can cancel my order and place another with another credit check.

 

Bit lost on what to do on it really have slowly started stripping away services from sky already for anything i can that's out of contract bit of a shame as been with Sky for over 20 years

iPhone 17 apro Max showed as in stock now back order

I ordered an iPhone 17 Pro Max that was showing as in stock on the website. Now it's showing as on back order on the tracking section. Anyone else ordered recently and had the same experience?

I did order an iPhone 17 pro max and it's says in stock but unfortunately since Friday no update only for me to check my sky app and I saw back order ....but it's says in stock before I got it 😢

Back order means at present there is no stock for your order. Delivery estimates especially on these new iPhones each year might not be that accurate.

I ordered 17/11. Shown it was processes and in progress. Been sitting like this for 3 weeks. Spoke to someone again and they said i hadn't completed credit check - even though i did process it on their app. As far as they were concerned, there was no order as they couldnt see confirmation of my credit check.

I ended up having the order cancelled and re-done again and im now expecting my delviery this week.

maybe phone them and chase it up as it could be same situation as me. Genuinely think there are issues with their app orders

If you have ordered a latest model iPhone 17 delays are always likely due to the usual supply and demand issues faced by Apple. This happens every year when a new iPhone is launched.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Explanation

So just to check,ordered iPhone 17 pro max with swap deal,signed agreement and receive confirmation,stating that my order will be delivered soon,after that got another email saying that my device will be with me 4th of October.Never happened,lots of calls made,every time fake promises that is coming soon,there is nothing to worry about etc...Anyway sky decided to cancel it with no explanation or reason given.I have signed agreement and other proof,also recorder over 20-30 calls,can someone advise me please what to do in this situation??
